CANCELLATION POLICY
Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. In order to do so, we've had to implement an appointment cancelation policy. Appointments are in high demand and your early cancelation will give another personal an opportunity to have access to timely care. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our clients. Time has been specifically reserved for your appointment procedure or treatment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must call at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. However, provide less than 48 hours, notice will require you to pay 50% of the service that you we're scheduled for before your next service.If you arrive more than fifteen minutes late for your appointment, it is considered a no show and will be charged 50% of the service that are scheduled for. We're happy to answer any questions regarding this cancellation policy.

Leaving NE Arkansas to pursue my dreams, I graduated from Tennessee Academy of Cosmetology in Memphis, TN, in 2005, and embarked on a remarkable journey which has led me to Mountain Home. My specialties include colors, cuts for women, men, and kids, as well as pedicures, manicures, and conditioning treatments. I’m always up for a challenge!
